Adaptive Flashings

A range of single penetration roof flashings with a heat shrink seal to the top. These unique fittings can be fitted with most single ply membranes, SBS and bitumen coated stainless flanges for compatibility with all roof finishes. Ideal for solar equipment supports, control cables, lightning conductors etc.

Roof Penetration 50mm and 110mm

A range of multi penetration roof fittings with a removable cowl to the top. These unique fittings can be fitted with most single ply membranes, SBS and bitumen coated stainless flanges for compatibility with all roof finishes. Ideal for solar air con units, control cables, PV cables, pipework, etc.


ROOFTRAK-MSU
Multi Services Unit

A new large capacity roof penetration product which can be fitted to any roof finish of either warm or cold construction. The Multi Service Unit can be fitted and forgotton. Further services can be run at a later date due to the unique hinged lid design and flexible weathering seals.

Use for serving multiple air con units, heating and cooling pipework and larger services.

Vapour Barrier Seal
