Wilton Park

CASE STUDY

Wilton Park is one of Dublin’s most exciting buildings, offering best-in-class sustainable office space for a dynamic occupier experience inside and out.

One Wilton Park welcomes the outdoors with natural light flooding its 11 stories through floor-to-ceiling glazing, and uninterrupted views of the Grand Canal from the building’s dramatic atrium. Rooftop terraces and new public space add to the sense of well-being and connection with the local neighborhood.

Its main facade features more than 900 laminated fins that give the building sophisticated control of heating and cooling, with 67 photovoltaic panels supporting on-site creation of renewable energy. The building meets all recognised industry standards for sustainability and is rated LEED Platinum, WiredScore Platinum, and pre-certified WELL Gold.

The ROOFBOX® weathering system for service penetrations provides a proprietary and guaranteed solution to the inherent problems associated with bringing pipes, cables and ducts through the waterproofing layer at roof level. These insulated aluminium units are powder coated and provide an alternative to the traditional ‘dog kennel’ approach to weathering services as they exit onto the roof.
