The ROOFTRAK® IFP250 Integrated Fixing Point. Innovation and excellence in engineering come together in this product to make this new fixing point lighter, easier to use and more sustainable, whilst providing the renowned performance of the existing ROOFTRAK® products.
The IFP250 can be used on both warm and cold roof constructions where a connection to the structure is required, whilst maintaining total integrity of the waterproofing layer.
The IFP250 has a single M10 threaded receptor to the top of the fixing point enabling connection to virtually any framework. This also aids simple rapid installation as they can be fitted in any orientation.

The IFP250 can be fitted with any membrane including PVC, TPO, bituminous and GRP to ensure compatibility with the roof weathering system.
